Peter has a Masters degree but has struggled to get the support he needs to find a job that uses his skills and is appropriate for someone with Asperger syndrome. With the support of his mum, Ann, he is currently going through the process of applying for Employment and Support Allowance. The process has been difficult and often staff have not taken his needs into account. He and Ann are not confident that this will give him the support he needs to find an appropriate job.
