Dinesh is a drama student and would like to work part-time while he studies. He is interested in many different jobs and is keen to get experience of work. He currently has a Disability Employment Adviser (DEA) but does not feel that she understands his Asperger syndrome. Similarly, Dinesh feels that DEAs he has seen in the past have not understood his needs. As a consequence of this, he has not yet been able to get the support he needs to find a job.
